Bus driver almost missed me and stops half a block away. “That’s not a bus stop” he says with an attitude as I get into the bus. I was standing directly under the bus stop sign. The NFTA bus stop sign. The sign out there by NFTA. Do better @NFTAMetro.

So I am down 20lbs, and currently working to change years of eating habits based on stress, scarcity, a period of homelessness, anxiety, and a somewhat higher than usual ACE score. My goal is to continue these changes, reduce my A1C and avoid insulin.
