Awww today was kind of sad…
My summer internship program at the International Action Center end this friday, so today one of the co-directors took me out to lunch, and BOY am I going to miss working there, it’s very sad, as I’ve made alot of friends. But on the bright side, I’ll be doing work at their Buffalo branch with some excelleny members of the WWP.
Anyways, it’s 3.40.23 am and I’m up doing what I normally do at this hour, chatting, but incase you’re still interested, here is a quick run-down of my day:
- Got to work, and had the morning staffer’s meeting, where we discuss everything that goes on in the office, and what we have to plan for around the world.
- Had lunch with my supervisor/friend/comrade
- Got back, made a boatload of placards with help from the WWP/PVN youth program (thanks guys, you did a *GREAT* job, and an awesome job speaking last night!!)
- Ran around like a chicken without its head for a while
- Did some more office work, bauhgt a nice bag on 6th ave and 14th street
- Covered the Black Reparations Meeting for the Workers World newspaper (article due today in the AM)
- Went home via LIRR and spoke to my cuzin for the whole taxi ride (it sure as HELL beats talking to the cab driver
- Took a shower
- 2am, Wrote & Ediited my article for WW.
- Currently: Updating my LJ and Chatting
Anyways, I’m tired and gunna go to bed soon.

Tired and I’m going to bed on time…
We’ll, I’m pretty tired, but I’m going to bed in less than 4 minutes, so I’m just gunna make this journal entry brief.
Margot came over today at 1.00 PM and spent the day hanging out, we did a bunch of cool stuff, and through acts of the fates, I managed to get 70.00 today ::WooHooo:: I’m just gunna run upstairs to bill one of my clients as soon as I’m done writing this post, so I can finish my accounting for the month ::wheee::
I leave for Buffalo in 15 Days (Yay!) and I am REALLY excited.
Anyways, in total, I had 5 slices of Pizza Today ::YUM!::

Wow, today was an *interesting* day to say the least, to start off with, I had a BBQ in prospect park that I wen to, had a barrel of fun, and then came home to…dum dum dum…COLLEGE PACKING…that’s right… We managed (between, mom, dad and myself) to pack in: 4 suitcases and 1 trunk, everything I can possibly need for college.
In other intersting news, someone from buffalo I’m-ed me today because he saw my post on a message board, so it looks like I may actually have a friend up there (we’ll see).
I also managed to get a boatload of work done today, including 2 of my clients websites updated (yay, I can now bill them!) Plus I have a few more website updates to do, then I can send out invoiced for those too (ahh, the wonderfull world of teenager enterpenureship…)
I puked today, which wasn’t fun, so I hope I’m not getting sick.
Tomorrow I’m having friends over for a work session (Free Pizza!…1 pie limit) and it should be cool.

Wow, what a hectic week…
The IAC is trying to get out a 2 massive mailing’s (one for our members, one for a list), finish an enormus database to setup and online book store, and prepare for 2 (maybe 3) HUGE confrences, so I have been at their offices nearly every single day; plus I’ve been working on my Aunts book, so I need to slow down sooooon (this weekend, thank the goddess) or I’m just gunna collapse.

Anyways, Poppy got my gift today ::yay:: and I’m going to have a “relaxed” day, go slow, get starbucks, loaf around but still do work, go to my editorial meeting for “the paper” and then head home for a day of relaxation. Sunday is the WWP picnic at Prospect Park in Brooklyn, so I’ll be heading over there to chill on Sunday.
