I just made three batches of Matzah Ball Soup for the Beltane party Today; with a broth chock full of vegetables to go with it (Grandma Fran would be proud, Grandma Freda would say it needs more salt…so we’ll go with Grandma Fran on this one). They tell me that the way to a man’s heart is his stomach and this is a holiday all about reproduction so I should be all set 😀
In other news, I get to see my Rabbi in two weeks; I’m excited.
Okay, back to the kitchen for me! There’s still work to be done!
